Chef Jon believes that cooking should come from the heart and soul, creating dishes that evoke the warmth and comfort of home. The inspiration for this private dining session is to transport you back to your cherished childhood memories, reminiscent of the meals lovingly prepared by your grandparents or loved ones.
Thai cuisine holds a special place in Chef Jon’s heart. His journey began as a trainee cook in a Thai kitchen, where he worked alongside talented Thai chefs who spoke little English. Their communication was often through simple words and gestures, gradually evolving as they taught each other their languages. This experience not only helped Chef Jon learn Thai but also deepened his appreciation for their rich culture, heritage, and food.
Thai cuisine is a celebration of simplicity and flavor. Using basic ingredients, Thai chefs create dishes that are visually appealing and incredibly tasty. The love and passion they pour into their cooking resonated with Chef Jon, reminding him of the fond memories of his great-grandmother and grandmother cooking for him with the same heart and soul.
The menu Chef Jon presents embodies the essence of Thai culture, where flavors of spicy, sweet, sour, and bitter come together to create a harmonious culinary experience. Each dish tells a story of life in Thailand, reflecting the vibrant and diverse nature of its cuisine. Chef Jon hopes you will enjoy this journey through Thai flavors, presented in a modern way, and feel the love and passion that goes into every bite.
Join us as Chef Jon takes you on a gastronomic adventure, where every bite tells a story of heritage, authenticity, and unforgettable taste.

Chef Jon’s passion for Thai cuisine stems from his early days as a trainee cook. “Thai cuisine brings back so many memories from my time working in a Thai kitchen. The chefs had limited knowledge of English, so we communicated using simplified English and their language. I made a deal with them: they taught me Thai, and I taught them English. This bond allowed me to learn their language and embrace their rich heritage and cuisine.”
