Experience the elegance of French cuisine with our workshop on Bouillabaisse and Beef Bourguignon. Bouillabaisse, a traditional Provençal fish stew, is made with a variety of seafood and seasoned with aromatic herbs and spices. Beef Bourguignon is a hearty beef stew slow-cooked with halal red wine, mushrooms, onions, and carrots. The workshop will be conducted by Chef Leslie Ho from SSA Culinary Institute who once worked in a restaurant in France. He will teach you how to prepare these classic dishes using halal ingredients while ensuring you can savour the authentic taste of French cuisine.

About Chef Leslie Ho

Chef Leslie Ho kicked off his culinary adventure at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, earning a Diploma in Culinary Arts. He got his start at Capella Singapore, where he dived into Mediterranean, French, and Asian cuisines. Driven by a thirst for experience, he spent two incredible years in Southern France honing his craft.

After returning to Singapore, Chef Leslie opened a ramen bar, where he wowed his customers with his creative dishes. Now, with 15 years of experience under his belt, he’s at SSA Culinary Institute, teaching WSQ courses and sharing his passion with future chefs.
