Samuel Quan is a passionate Chef and Entrepreneur who wants to make an impact on lifestyle experiences with food, beyond consumption. Prior to founding Bespoke Dining Club in 2019, he worked at critically acclaimed restaurants including Les Amis, a 3 Michelin-starred French restaurant, Joel Robuchon, an exquisite fine dining space serving up authentic French cuisine, and Aponiente, the first 3 Michelin-starred restaurant in Andalusia, Spain. Spearheading the restaurant opening of Amara Hotel 2016 at age of 24, Samuel also honed his skills in culinary competitions, representing Singapore around the globe, and won several accolades including the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence in 2017 and Double Golds in the Culinary Olympics in Germany in 2016. 

Chef Sam’s meticulous approach towards cooking is grounded in the belief that food should bring about the complete experience, from drawing out the best flavours of each ingredient during preparation to daring to experiment with complex dishes to ensuring a remarkable customer service. Starting flagship restaurant Eclipse in 2021, under Bespoke Dining Club, he will continue to share his philosophy about food, culture and lifestyle, with dishes brimming with care and devotion to his craft.
